Necessary documents for the financial analysis of the company file:

Financing request form – filled in, signed and stamped (made available to you by one of the Sales Dept. consultants)
Brief presentation of your company
Articles of Incorporation / Memorandum and Articles of Association
Certificate of incorporation
VAT registration certificate
Copy of the ID card of the authorized person to represent the company
Confirmation of the company details issued by the National Trade Register Office (no older than 30 days)
Decision of the Shareholders’ General Meeting / Decision of Sole Shareholder of the company for the leasing agreement conclusion specifying the object of the contract, the person authorized to sign the leasing agreement (with personal data) – original copy
The specimen signature form submitted at the bank for the authorized persons to represent the company
The Central Credit Register (CCR) form – filled in, signed and stamped in 3 original copies (made available to you by one of the Sales Dept. consultants)
Annual balance sheets certified for the last 2 years along with the corresponding balances
The last 2 balances of the current year
The supplier’s proforma invoice
The leasing offer that you accepted

Copy of the Business License according to the activity area
Certificate of Incorporation – if applicable
Tax Registration Certificate
Copy of the ID card of the person that will sign the leasing agreement
The Central Credit Register (CCR) form – filled in, signed and stamped in 3 original copies (made available to you by one of the Sales Dept. consultants)
Special statement concerning the income achieved in the last 2 years
Receipts and Payments Account for the last 3 months
The supplier’s proforma invoice
The leasing offer that you accepted
